Every great story starts with a Vision.
When AVEEM Foods spotted a gap in Nigeria’s agriculture sector, we envisioned that gap being filled by locally-produced fish.
Every year, the demand for fish as an edible protein source increases, and the supply must rise to meet that demand. Our goal was and continues to be the enriching of Nigerian lives and the expansion of local aquaculture and agriculture.
We partner with the Nigerian people to foster self-sufficiency, curb reliance on imports, and create national food security and sustainability.
Our staff and management team combine their skills and expertise in aquaculture, marine biology, agriculture, project management, and agro-engineering to design, plan and execute the development of our integrated aquaculture and agriculture farms.
Our vision for the future includes successfully established made-in-Nigeria food products exported to other African countries, the USA, Europe, the Middle East, and the Far East.
We are dedicated to championing self-sufficiency in Nigerian communities while avoiding negative impacts like local population relocation, destruction of vegetation, and environmental destruction and degradation in a maximum sustainable manner.
MISSION STATEMENT
AVEEM commits to creating profitable opportunities and developing valuable skills for the Nigerian people. By promoting commercial aquaculture production, we sew seeds of equal job opportunity, technical skill development, self-dependency and livelihood into the lives of the Nigerian youth and the broader local community.
THE FUTURE
Every great story starts with a vision, but it’s what that vision creates that matters most.
With the help of the Nigerian people, AVEEM is creating a healthy and sustainable aquaculture practice that expands beyond the immediate community to help feed the country and the world.
